What Are Your Hours of Operation?
We are on Eastern Standard Time. Hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday. However, many of our helpful sales reps can be reached on cell phones or through email at almost any time to help their customers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At present, Delta Products serves the continental United States; we do not offer service to Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers.

What Are Delta Products' Billing Terms?
Our standard terms are 30 Days/2% Net 10. We do offer extended billing options for customers who request them.
What Are The Accepted Methods of Payments?
We currently do NOT accept EFT. We do, however, accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for payments. We also accept check or money order payments for all purchases.
